المادة (5): - منظمة حضرموت للدراسات الدبلوماسية وحقوق الانسان هي منظمة غير حكومية تعمل على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي، وتهدف إلى حماية وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان واحترامها ونشر ثقافتها طبقاً للمعايير الدولية التي استقر عليها إجماع الأمم المتحدة والمواثيق والعهود الدولية التي صادقت عليها هذه الدولة.

Article (5): ...- Hadhramaut Organization for Diplomatic Studies and Human Rights is a non-governmental organization that works at the local and regional levels, and aims to protect, promote, respect and disseminate human rights culture in accordance with the international standards agreed upon by the United Nations and the international charters and covenants ratified by this country.

المادة (6): مبادئ منظمة حضرموت للدراسات الدبلوماسية  وحقوق الإنسان وأهدافها وقانونها الأساسي وميثاقها مستمدة من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة وما يتلاءم من دستور الدولة وقوانينها مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

Article (6): The principles, objectives, basic law and charter of the Hadhramaut Organization for Diplomatic Studies and Human Rights are derived from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and relevant international agreements and what is consistent with the state’s constitution and laws with international human rights standards.

منظمة تهدف الى تعزيز التواصل. وحماية حقوق الإنسان واحترامها ونشر ثقافتها طبقاً للمعايير الدولية التي استقر عليها إجماع الأمم المتحدة والمواثيق والعهود الدولية التي صادقت عليها هذه الدولة. 

An organization that aims to enhance communication, protect and respect human rights and spread their culture in accordance with international standards agreed upon by the United Nations and international charters and covenants ratified by this country.
