This Privacy Policy describes how Hacker Circuit (package com.winterrosegames.hackercircuit, the “App”), published by Winter Rose SIA, handles information. The App is a casino-style slot game for entertainment only: it is played with virtual coins that have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cashed out or exchanged for real money or prizes. We do not collect any personal information. The App has no registration or accounts and does not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data. No information is sent to us or to any third party.
To keep your game progress, the App stores the following data only on your device, in its private app storage:
your virtual coin balance and selected bet;
settings: sound effects, music and turbo mode.

The App does not request any permissions from you (no access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or network).

Game data stays on your device for as long as the App is installed. Clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App deletes it permanently. If you use Android’s system backup, the App’s local data may be included in that backup, which is controlled by you and your backup provider.
The App is intended for an adult audience (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
All game data is kept in the App’s private storage, which is protected by the Android operating system and is not accessible to other apps.
