# What to do?

Analyze data and come up with answers for one of two challenge questions over the weekend.

# When is it?

Hackathon will begin at Aug 04 2018 at 12.00 am (UTC + 0) ends at Aug 05 2018 at 11.59 pm (UTC + 0).

# Who can enter?

Hack A Weekend is open to individuals as well as teams of 2 – 6 members, all of whom are:

# How does it work?

Register as an Individual Hacker or as Team(2 to 6 hackers) and be present for the Hack A Weekend.
Two challenge questions addressing a single theme will be posted at the strike of the bell.
Review the theme for the data hackathon.
Utilize the Datasets provided or use any available dataset in line with the challenge question.
Come up with your Hypothesis in scope with the challenge question and find answers by analyzing the data using the concepts you learned in the challenge course and beyond.
Submit a google slides link of the hack with your findings, recommendations, and answers before the deadline 11.59 pm(UTC + 0).
Use #hackaweekend #udacitydatascholars #poweredbybertelsmann and broadcast your hacks to the whole world in social media.

# Why should you take part?

All Participants and winners will be awarded custom badges that can be displayed on portfolio sites or LinkedIn.
Top 10 hacks will be on our Events page.
Earn some brownie points to help you reach phase 2.
And, of course, you would have solved a real-life challenge with data analysis.
