Habity AI is a habit tracking application designed to help users build and maintain daily routines, track progress, and develop consistent habits.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored locally on your device, what information may be processed by third-party services used by the App, and how you can control your data.

Habity AI is designed to keep your core habit information stored locally on your device.

Habity AI does not upload or transmit your locally stored habit data to SQ Tech servers. We do not sell your personal habit data to third parties.
Your local habit information remains on your device unless you delete it through the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
Habity AI uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements, including banner and interstitial advertisements.
When advertising services are used, Google and its advertising technologies may process certain information from your device. Depending on your device, advertising settings, consent choices, location, and applicable requirements, this may include:

Habity AI uses local notification functionality provided by your device's operating system to send habit reminders and daily notifications that you configure.
Your notification schedules are managed locally on your device.
You can adjust or disable reminders through:

You can also manage notification permissions through your device's system settings.
SQ Tech does not need to receive your reminder schedule or notification content on a remote server in order to provide local reminders.
Habity AI's core habit information is designed to remain local to your device.
However, third-party services integrated into the App, particularly advertising services, may collect or process certain technical and advertising-related information.
For example, Google Mobile Ads may process device or advertising identifiers and other information necessary to provide advertising services.
We do not sell your locally stored habit history, habit completion records, streaks, XP, or routine information.
Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
You can delete your locally stored habit information through the App.

You may also remove the App's locally stored data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
Deleting local App data does not necessarily delete information that may have been independently processed by third-party services, such as advertising providers.
Your core habit information is stored locally on your device and remains there until you delete it through the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App, subject to your device's operating-system and backup behavior.
Information processed by third-party services, including advertising and consent-management services, may be retained according to those providers' respective policies, technical requirements, and legal obligations.
SQ Tech does not control the retention practices of independent third-party service providers.
Habity AI uses third-party services to provide certain functionality.
AdMob is used to display advertisements within the App.
Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP addresses, app interactions, and other information as described in its applicable policies.

However, no electronic storage method, mobile device, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should also protect your device using appropriate security measures such as a device passcode, PIN, password, or biometric authentication.
Habity AI is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
