HabitBee (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a productivity application developed and operated by an individual developer based in India (Madhya Pradesh). We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information in a transparent and responsible manner.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have when using the HabitBee mobile application.
When you sign in using Google authentication, we collect the following information via Firebase Authentication:
Email address
First name and last name
This information is collected only to create and manage your account and subscriptions. We do not use it for marketing purposes. This data saved in firebase for account management purpose
1.2 Subscription & Payment Information
If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, we store limited subscription-related data to ensure you receive your premium benefits. This includes:
Plan details: The type of plan you purchased.
Timestamps: When your plan was activated and when it is set to expire.
Payment Processing: > All financial transactions are handled securely by Google Play In-App Billing. We does not collect, access, or store your credit card
numbers, bank account details, or any other sensitive financial information. Google provides us with a non-sensitive Purchase Token to verify your subscription status.
All productivity data you create in the app (including tasks, goals, journals, habits, and in-app calculations):
Is stored locally on your device
Is not uploaded to our servers
Can be exported, imported, or deleted by you at any time
We do not have access to this data and cannot view or modify it.
HabitBee provides an optional backup feature using Google Drive.
We request the permission:

This permission allows the app to create, read, and update only the files created by the app
Backup files are created only when you explicitly choose to back up
Backup files are stored in your own Google Drive account
The app does not scan, index, analyze, or access any other Google Drive files beyond the specific backup file you choose to restore.
We use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring to improve app stability and usability.
These tools collect aggregated usage data, such as screen views, feature usage, app performance, and crash reports
Firebase may collect technical identifiers (such as device identifiers, IP address, app version, and operating system) as part of its normal operation
We do not receive or view personally identifiable user activity
No user-generated productivity content is collected through analytics
This data helps us improve app performance and reliability.
We display non-personalized ads using Google AdMob.
Ads are shown without interest-based or behavioral profiling
Google may use limited device identifiers for purposes such as ad frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregated reporting
Ad content and delivery are controlled by Google, not by HabitBee
Ad delivery and the use of device identifiers may be subject to consent requirements in certain regions (such as the EEA or UK). HabitBee does not currently display ads in a personalized manner and may introduce consent mechanisms in future updates where required.

Account information is securely stored using Firebase services
User-generated productivity data remains on your device
Google Drive backups are fully controlled by you
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored data
You can delete your account at any time using the Delete Account option inside the app.
Upon deletion:
Your Firebase account information is removed
Subscription records are cleared
Local app data remains on your device unless you delete it manually
HabitBee is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
