THE SHORT VERSION
HabitBear does not collect, transmit, store, or share any of your personal data. All your habit tracking data stays on your device. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking. Your privacy is completely protected.

DATA BACKUP AND SYNC
HabitBear does not provide cloud backup or sync functionality. Your data exists only on your device. If you delete the App or lose your device, your data cannot be recovered by us because we never have access to it.

HabitBear does not integrate with, use, or share data with any third-party services, including:

The App is completely self-contained and operates entirely offline after download.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
HabitBear does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we do not collect any data at all, the App is safe for users of all ages. However, we recommend parental supervision for children using any mobile application.
DATA SECURITY
While we do not collect or transmit your data, we implement security best practices in the App's design:

Your data security is primarily dependent on your device's security. We recommend:

- Only downloading the App from official app stores

Currently, HabitBear operates with a strict no-data-collection policy. If we ever change our data practices in future versions of the App (for example, to add optional cloud sync features), we will:

- Notify users through the App or App Store update notes
- Obtain explicit user consent before collecting any data
- Make any new features entirely optional

Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. When you uninstall the App, all data is removed from your device according to your operating system's standard app removal process.
ADVERTISING AND MONETIZATION
HabitBear does not display advertisements and does not collect data for advertising purposes. The App is free to use with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
