Habit Tracker is a simple app for creating habits, marking daily check-ins, and viewing progress. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information We Collect
Habit Tracker does not require you to create an account or sign in.
The app itself does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, microphone data, camera data, advertising ID, or other personal information.
Habit and Check-In Data
The habits you create, selected categories, and check-in history are saved locally on your device. This information is used to display your habit list, daily progress, streaks, and statistics inside the app.
Habit Tracker does not upload your habit records or check-in history to our servers.
Permissions
Habit Tracker uses the Internet permission only to open this Privacy Policy page in an in-app WebView when you choose to view it.
The app does not request access to your location, contacts, SMS messages, camera, microphone, calendar, or external storage.
Third-Party Services
Habit Tracker does not currently include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, payment SDKs, or social login services.
If you open the Privacy Policy page, the website hosting provider may process standard technical information such as browser or network request data according to its own policies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your habit records or check-in history with third parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
Habit and check-in data remains on your device until you delete it.
You can delete app data by using the clear data option in the app settings, clearing the app data from Android system settings, or uninstalling the app.
Children’s Privacy
Habit Tracker is a general utility app and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Because Habit Tracker stores habit data locally on your device, you are responsible for protecting access to your device. We use reasonable design choices to limit data collection and avoid unnecessary permissions.
