Profile Photo: If you choose to set a custom profile picture, the photo you select is:

• Stored locally on your device only

• NEVER uploaded to our servers

• Can be changed or removed at any time in app settings

We DO NOT have access to this data. It never leaves your device.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data (Crash Reports)

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports to improve app stability:

• Device model and manufacturer

• Operating system version

• App version and build number

• Crash logs and stack traces

• Timestamp of crashes

This data does not directly identify you.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Local data: Used exclusively to provide app functionality (tracking habits, timers, notes)

• Crash data: Used solely to identify, diagnose, and fix technical issues

We DO NOT:

• Use your data for advertising purposes

6. Permissions Explanation

The app requests the following permissions:

• INTERNET: Required for Firebase Crashlytics crash reporting

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To send you habit reminders (optional, you control this)

• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To restore reminders after device restart

• VIBRATE: For haptic feedback when completing habits

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (optional): To select a profile photo from your gallery (only if you choose to use this feature)

Camera and photo library access are:

• Requested only when you tap "Upload Photo"

• Optional - you can decline and use emoji avatars instead

• Used solely to let you choose a profile picture

• Photos remain on your device and are never uploaded

All permissions are used solely for the stated purposes and your data remains on your device.

7. Local Notifications

The app may send local push notifications to remind you about your habits. These notifications:

• Are processed entirely on your device

• Do NOT involve external servers

• Can be disabled at any time in app settings

8. Data Storage and Security

• All personal data is stored locally on your device using platform-provided storage mechanisms.

• Data is NOT automatically backed up to cloud services

• Data export/import is entirely under your control

• We implement industry-standard security practices

9. Data Retention

Your data persists on your device until you:

• Manually delete specific items within the app

• Clear app data in device settings

• Uninstall the application

10. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data within the app

• Export: Export all your data as a JSON file
