The app may access the user's device location, subject to the relevant permissions, to help provide nearby emergency services such as hospitals.

HAAi includes a Pill Tracker feature that allows users to:

Track doses marked as taken or skipped
Medicine details, reminder settings, and dose history are stored locally on the user's device by the Pill Tracker feature. This information is not intentionally sent to HAAi's backend or Firebase by the Pill Tracker feature.
The app uses on-device scheduling and notifications to provide medication reminders. Notification delivery depends on device permissions, settings, and system restrictions.
We use information as necessary to:

Pill Tracker is a tracking and reminder feature. It does not prescribe medicines or determine appropriate dosages.
HAAi uses third-party services to provide certain features, which may include:
Firebase Authentication: Used to authenticate users.
Google Gemini API: Used to generate AI-based responses from submitted information.
Information submitted for AI-based health insights may be processed by the relevant service to provide the requested functionality. These services may handle information according to their own applicable privacy policies and terms.
The Pill Tracker feature stores its medicine details, reminder settings, and dose history locally and does not intentionally transmit this information to HAAi's backend or Firebase.
We do not sell user data to third parties.
We take reasonable measures to protect user information. Data transmitted between the app and its services is encrypted in transit using secure communication protocols where supported.
Information stored locally on the device is subject to the device's security settings and protections. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Pill Tracker data is excluded from the app's configured Android cloud-backup and device-transfer rules. This exclusion does not mean that the information is encrypted separately or protected against every possible form of device access.
Users can choose what information to provide, subject to the requirements of the features they use.
Health reports saved locally can be managed or deleted by the user.
Users can manage their medication entries, reminder settings, and dose history through the Pill Tracker feature, where those controls are available.
Pill Tracker information remains in the app's local storage until it is deleted or the app's data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
Users can request deletion of their account and associated account information by contacting us using the details provided below.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove locally stored reports and Pill Tracker information. Account information maintained by Firebase or other services may require a separate deletion request.
The app provides an option to open the device dialer with an emergency number. The app does not initiate calls automatically; the user must manually confirm the call.
The nearby-hospital feature may use location information to help identify emergency services. Users should independently verify the availability and suitability of emergency services when necessary.
This app is intended for individuals aged 18 and above and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
HAAi is intended for informational and educational purposes only. AI-generated health insights are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Pill Tracker feature helps users record medication information and set reminders based on information they enter. It does not prescribe medicines, recommend dosages, or determine whether a medication is appropriate for a user.
Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical concerns and medication-related decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by this app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
