By using the App, you agree not to:

3.4 Embed, frame, mirror, or link to the App in an unauthorized manner.
3.5 Participate in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities directed at the App or other users.
3.6 Abuse support channels or submit knowingly false reports.
3.7 Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or unauthorized systems to interact with the App.
3.8 Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functioning, servers, or connected networks.
3.9 Pretend to be another individual, or transfer, sell, or trade your user account.
3.10 Threaten, harass, or harm other users.
3.11 Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s code, systems, or infrastructure.
3.12 Harass, intimidate, or threaten our team members, representatives, or affiliates.
3.13 Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any materials in the App.
3.14 Copy, replicate, or adapt the App’s software, structure, design, or functionality.
4.1 Payments made through the Apple App Store—including in-app purchases—are not refundable by us. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
4.2 Subscriptions renew automatically. You are responsible for managing or canceling renewals through your App Store account.
5.1 All content within the App—including text, logos, graphics, videos, and other media—is protected by copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
5.2 Except for content submitted by users, all assets, branding, and materials remain the exclusive property of the App owner.
5.3 You may not use our trademarks, branding elements, or visual identity without explicit written authorization.
5.4 When you provide suggestions, feedback, or recommendations, you grant us permission to use them for improvements or promotional materials without obligation or compensation.
6.1 By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understood them, and agree to comply fully.
