The App may request precise location (GPS) to verify attendance:
Location is requested only while the App is in use
Location is used only at the time of check-in/check-out (or when verifying attendance)
We do not continuously track location in the background
The App may request access to Photos/Videos or device storage only for admin features, such as selecting and uploading attachments when needed.
Media is accessed only when the admin chooses a file
The App does not browse or upload media automatically
The App may request notification permission for future features such as:
Check-in reminders
Important service/administrative alerts
Notifications may not be active in the current version. If enabled later, notifications will be used only for service-related messages (not marketing). You can disable notifications anytime from your device settings.
To improve stability and security, we may collect limited technical data:

Connectivity/network status required for the App to function
To reduce misuse and protect attendance integrity, the App may detect whether a VPN is active during sensitive actions (e.g., check-in/check-out).

You can control permissions from your device settings:
Location: Required for accurate check-in/check-out verification. Disabling it may prevent attendance features.
Photos/Videos/Files: Optional and used only for admin upload actions.
Notifications: Optional and can be disabled anytime.
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
