Before renting a scooty from H. R Scooty on Rent, please read the following rules carefully: 

• A valid Driving License is mandatory for all riders.  

• Government-approved ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Voter ID) must be shown before renting.  

• A refundable security deposit may be required depending on rental duration.  

• Fuel is not included in rental price. Scooty will be provided with some fuel and must be returned with the same level.  

• Customer is responsible for any fines, challans, or legal issues during the rental period.  

• Any damages to the scooter during the rental period must be borne by the customer.  

• One helmet is provided free of cost.  

• Before hiring the vehicle, customer must thoroughly inspect it and ensure complete satisfaction. It is mandatory to make a video/photo proof of the vehicle and helmet.

•  Once the vehicle has been rented out, Bike Rental Service doesn’t provide on-site service. Any breakdown or issue during the rental period will be the responsibility of the customer, and the hirer must return the vehicle proper condition.

• · Bike rental service is not responsible for tier punctures, battery drain, or vehicle breakdowns at remote locations. So please check vehicle thoroughly before hiring.

•  Timely return of the vehicle is mandatory; otherwise, a late fee of ₹100 per hour will be charged.
