Important note:
We are going to walk close to 25 kilometers in 3 days and will be reaching altitudes as high as 10,000 - 11,000 feet. The trip will not be easy due to altitude, and so this is strictly NOT for first time trekkers, physically less fit or people with pre-medical conditions or breathing issues.

DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival
Arrive at Gorakhpur and begin your journey towards the India–Nepal border. Drive to Sunauli (3 hrs) and cross into Nepal. Complete immigration formalities and proceed to Bhairahawa for overnight stay. Relax and prepare for the mountain journey ahead.

Day 2: Bhairahawa to Pokhara
After early breakfast, begin your journey in a private van/bus to Pokhara. It will be a 6-hour scenic drive and we will be getting closer to the Himalayan mountain ranges. We may reach the hotel 4-5pm in the evening.
Evening, after check-into hotel, enjoy free time for personal activities on your own expense. Sunset Boat ride in Phewa lake is recommended.
Dinner & overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 3: Pokhara to Ghandruk
After breakfast, begin your journey to Ghandruk by road in offroad jeep. It is a 3-4 hour drive.
Ghandruk offers panoramas of the surrounding Annapurna range, including good views of Annapurna 1 the world’s tenth-highest mountain.
Upon arrival in Ghandruk, check in to your tea house stay and relax.
Visiting Ghandruk also gives you a snapshot of everyday local life in Nepal’s mountains, especially that of the Gurung people. The whole place hums with activity, and you can soak it all up over a leisurely evening, sipping tea and wandering amid streets strung with prayer flags.

Day 4: Ghandruk to Tadapani Trek
Early morning we will start our trek, to the next base Tadapani tea house stay.
Total of 6km trek and it will approximately take 5-6 hours. No rush, walk in your pace, stop at decent points, take pictures, sit under a tree and just enjoy the route.
We will finish our lunch on the way and reach Tadapani the next base for overnight sleep.

Day 5: Tadapani to Ghorepani
After early breakfast, we will start our trek to Ghorepani.
Total 9-10 kilometers and will take us 9 hours. We will reach Ghorepani before sunset and rest in the evening.
We will finish our lunch on the way and reach Ghorepani the next base for overnight sleep.

Day 6: The Summit day:
At 4am, we will start our sunrise trek to Poon hill(3 hours both way), the view we wanted to see.
Poon Hill (3,210m) offers panoramic, 360-degree sunrise views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Key peaks visible include Dhaulagiri I (8,167m), Annapurna I (8,091m), Machhapuchhre (Fishtail, 6,993m), Nilgiri (7,061m), Hiunchuli (6,441m), and Annapurna South.
After the iconic views & pictures with the ranges, we will be back to our tea stay in Ghorepani for breakfast.
We will start the downhill journey to Ulleri and then to Tikhedhunga viilage - the lower base.
Our vehicle will be waiting for us to drop back to Pokhara(3-hour drive) hotel in the evening.
Rest or stroll the local streets of Pokhara on your own expense.

Day 7: Pokhara to Bhairahawa:
After early Breakfast we will start our journey, to Bhairahawa(6 hours).
Evening we will reach Bhairahawa around 4PM.
Post check-in, you are free to stroll the markets, local spots in Bhairahawa, on your own expense.
Have Dinner at the hotel and sleep well.

Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, drop to the airport. Fly back to India with accomplishment and life time memories, witnessing the everest range, the closest.

IMMIGRATION & OTHER DETAILS (MUST KNOW!!!!) :
As Indians, we don't need a prior visa to enter Nepal.
Carry you valid passport & Voter ID (Validity: 6 months from date of travel)
Nepal is a cash country - good to carry local currency(Nepal rupee-NPR) roughly around 5000INR i.e 8000NPR for other expenses.
We will need to purchase a SIM card at the airport as Indian networks won't work good.
Indian debit/credit cards may work - But please check if your card works in Nepal & Bhutan.
Nepali is the widely spoken language but can manage with English.
Just to cut down the porter charges, the plan is to carry a small backpack that can carry your essentials for the trek(4D/3N) and we will keep our main luggage at our Pokhara hotel.

Teahouses in Nepal are family-run mountain lodges found along popular trekking routes, providing cozy, affordable accommodation, hearty food, and a central social dining area for travelers. They feature simple, shared-bathrooms, allowing trekkers to experience local culture without camping.
Hot water & wi-fi is always costed in Nepal due to high altitude and lack of water sources.
