As a Personal Trainer, I will create you a professional, tailored, one-to-one training programme that suits your needs, abilities and goals. Optimised by some simple health and fitness assesments and a short initial consultation, this will enable me to know your current fitness level, reasons for getting personal training and what you hope to get out of it. This helps me to really tailor your programme to your individual needs whilst ensuring your SMART goal is realistic and achievable.

I offer consistency and customisation with your fitness plan, because there are always going to be some exercises that you enjoy more than others. For example, just because you can physically do burpees doesn’t mean that you always want to, you might really like doing squats and chest press instead. Therefore, I will tailor your training plan to suit you and what you enjoy, as well as encourage you to do the exercises that are best to achieve your goals.


Furthermore, there are always going to be some days when the last thing you feel like doing is a hard workout, and so having me as your personal trainer means that I can tailor your exercise for that day to both accommodate your mood, while still making the session successful. 

After the initial fitness assessment, 1-on-1 sessions are when we will get stuck into the programme, these sessions typically last approximately 60mins. During the session, I will be right by your side to guide you through your workout. I will assist in demonstrating exercises, checking form, counting reps and sets and most importantly, motivating and encouraging you! 

A key personal trainer duty is to monitor client’s progress. As this is so important, within my professional training programme I made it my mission to ensure it is easy, hastle free and quick to see your progress. I have therefore added separate sections including; measurement tracking, progress photos, and training calendar. All of these are designed so you can visually take a quick glance and see asacly what stage of your fitness journey you are currently working on.

Although there are many ways in which we can physically see progress, it is also important to remember that progress is not just physical. Whilst measuring things like weight and body mass index are useful, my role is also to check in with my client’s mental progress too. If you come to me feeling unhappy about your body, for example, progress for you would be gaining confidence, whilst feeling more positive and happy within your body.
