GymScan is a mobile application that allows users to capture or upload photos of gym machines and fitness equipment and receive AI-generated guidance, including:

Safety tips
The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Comply with all applicable local and international laws.
Provide accurate and relevant inputs (e.g., images of gym equipment).
Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the App.
Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly authorized.
Submitting false, harmful, or illegal content.
Using the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Reverse engineering, tampering with, or copying the App.
Violating intellectual property, data protection, or software laws.
The App and its features are protected by intellectual property laws.
Brand names, logos, images, and third-party references remain the property of their respective owners.
Users retain rights to original uploads (e.g., photos), but grant us a limited license to process them for functionality.
Optional premium plans may unlock enhanced features (e.g., advanced equipment insights, progress analytics, offline access).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store or Google Play.
Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies.
Free users may face feature limitations or usage caps.

They do not constitute professional medical, fitness, or safety advice. Always consult certified trainers, doctors, or professionals before making exercise decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymScan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content or any inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised terms.
