Flipping Through Toxicity

The environment within gymnastics places powerless, young gymnasts in vulnerable positions in which they are sexually assaulted, mentally and physically abused, and unprotected by authoritative bodies. These reasons all contribute to the overall toxicity presented within the gymnastics community.

Here at Gymnastics A&A, we aim to raise awareness of the toxic gymnastics environment in attempt to eliminate the toxicity in its entirety. We also offer a safe and nonjudgmental place for gymnasts to anonymously share their stories and learn of others' stories.
