Our Welfare Officers are fully trained, and here to support gymnasts, parents, and coaches 

with any safety, welfare, or protection concerns.

🏅 BG Affiliated: We strictly follow all British Gymnastics Safeguarding and Protecting Children policies. 

 🛡️ Fully Vetted: All Gymflix coaches hold enhanced DBS checks and up-to-date safeguarding qualifications. 

🏫 **School-Approved Standards: Our team is highly experienced working in school and diverse settings, ensuring top-tier care.

Spectator Rules

To ensure the absolute safety and progress of our gymnasts, spectators are not permitted inside the main gym hall during regular weekly training sessions.

Families are warmly invited to watch and support their children from the designated viewing areas located outside the sports hall.

Why We Enforce This Policy (In Line with British Gymnastics Guidelines):

• Maximising Gymnast Focus: Gymnastics requires an immense amount of concentration. Eliminating extra noise and movement inside the hall prevents dangerous distractions, ensuring gymnasts can listen clearly to their coaches and execute skills safely.

• Strict Hall Space & Safety Ratios: In accordance with British Gymnastics venue logistics and safety risk assessments, keeping the gym floor strictly reserved for active participants and coaches prevents overcrowding and maintains clear safety zones around the apparatus.

• Safeguarding & Child Protection: Restricting hall access helps us maintain a fully secure, vetted environment for all children in our care.

🏆 When Can You Watch Inside?

We love celebrating our gymnasts' achievements! Spectators will be explicitly invited inside the hall during our designated club events such as Watching week, competitions, and presentations throughout the year.
