If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to team@gymbai.com
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – Gymbai"
Include the email address associated with your Gymbai account in the message
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your account has been deleted.
Upon deletion of your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Personal details (name, email, profile information)
Workout history and fitness goal
Nutrition plans and preferences
AI-generated training suggestions and interactions
Some data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, including:
Transaction or subscription records (if applicable), retained for up to 30 days
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics, which do not contain any personal identifiers
