A. Camera and Video Data (Critical Permissions)
To provide the core AI form-checking functionality, the App requires access to your device’s camera.
On-Device Processing: All video frames and images captured by the camera are processed locally on your device in real-time to analyze your exercise form.
No Video Storage: We do not record, stream, upload, or store your video or photo data on any external servers. Once the analysis is complete or the session ends, the camera feed data is instantly discarded.
B. Automatically Collected Data
When you use the App, we (and our third-party partners) may collect certain non-personal information automatically:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Data: App launch times, features accessed, duration of workout sessions, and crash logs.
C. True Depth / TrueSight API (If applicable for iOS)
The App does not use facial recognition APIs or collect any biometric identifiers that can uniquely identify you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s AI analysis performance.
Monitor app stability, debug technical issues, and optimize user experience.
Deliver relevant advertising through third-party ad networks (if applicable).
3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share anonymized, non-personal usage data with third-party service providers to help us analyze and improve the App. These third parties may include:
Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics: Used to monitor app performance and crashes.
Mobile Advertising Partners (e.g., Google AdMob, AppLovin): Used to serve ads within the App. These partners may use device identifiers to personalize ads.
In-App Purchase Processors (Apple App Store / Google Play Billing): All financial transactions are handled securely by the respective app store. We do not collect or store your credit card or billing details.
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. Since your core video and camera data never leaves your device, the risk of data breaches is minimized. For any data collected via analytics, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect it.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
