Account & Data Deletion Request

  If you would like to delete your Gym Workout account and all associated data, please submit a deletion request by email.

  How to Request Data Deletion:

  Subject: Account Deletion Request - Gym Workout App

  Include in your email:

  • Your registered email address (the one you used to sign in with Google)

  • Confirmation that you want all data deleted

  What Data Gets Deleted:

  • Your Google account connection to the app

  • All workout history and exercise logs

  • Set records, reps, and weight data

  • Personal records (PRs)

  • Achievement progress and XP

  • All cloud-synced data stored in Firebase

  • Workout streaks and statistics

  Timeline:

  We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your 

  data has been deleted.

  After Deletion:

  Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you sign in to the app again after deletion, you will start with a fresh 

  account.
