Hey! If your workouts themselves are still syncing but just not the images, I wonder if there was a privacy setting within Strava that may have changed? I would get in touch with the TrainerRoad support team, they can help you look closely at both of your accounts and see if all the settings are dialed, or if it just requires a re-sync.

I will frequently opt not to use a background color for my images because I find white image rather eye-catching! You can also choose unique textured backgrounds underneath the Textures tab (located right above the heart image on the left hand navigation). On his official Instagram account, Johnson shared a new collection of images from the set of Red One. The three images show the actor and Simmons - still in his Justice League shape - working out at a gym in the North Pole, complete with a red and white striped candy cane barbell. Along with the images, Johnson included a caption that calls his co-star the "the coolest, strongest, kindest, most bad ass, most loving & most OG Santa Claus of all time" and calling their location a North Swole Iron Paradise. Every time I try and upload a picture to a workout, it will let me pick and crop the image, but it then gets stuck at "Exporting 0.0%". Is anyone else having this issue? On a Pixel 8 with A14, but it worked fine on my Pixel 7 with A14.

I would like to see the ability to add a photo, either during a workout or to add it afterward when at home, to a workout. Imagine going for a run along a new track, or cycling further than ever before, and wanting to share something amazing about this accomplishment (or simply to add to my own memories of this amazing track!) 


These images could them be referred to by myself, or even better, shared for others to see, perhaps enticing them to try a particular track, route or feat. A picture speaks a thousand words. Sometimes the incline, heart rate and calories charts don't tell someone how amazing a particular hike is.


This was a feature 5-10 years ago on Sports-Tracker (formerly a Nokia program) and all photos could be viewed on a public web portal, along with the route and stats of workouts (if the user wanted to share them publicly, of course) You could even view workouts as they were happening, which sometimes inspired me to go jogging at 2am, knowing that there were others in my area already out there.


If the web portal is not a viable option, it would still be good to be able to attach photos to an individual workout and have the ability to share that workout, with photos, with anyone else I chose to (or make it public)



Hello everybody. I would like to create a workout from the android app or from the web. I've seen how to do it but sometimes I struggle to find the exercise to add, based only on the name. Is there a way to get an image/video of the exercise? even if it's not on the creation page, but it's on another url or another site or another app that's fine. thank you.

In the new study, published Oct. 14 in the journal Science, researchers uncovered a previously unknown repair mechanism that kicks in after a run on the treadmill. Lie on your right side on a mat, with your legs straight and your left leg stacked directly on top of the right. Keeping your ankles, knees, hips, and trunk in a straight line, push your weight up on your bent right elbow, which should be directly under your shoulder. Lift your hips, knees, and trunk off the mat. Hold the position for 15 seconds. Then switch sides. You got through the 7-minute workout. Maximize the benefits and do it two more times.

I've been thinking about these images lately because starting on Friday, Donald Trump, the lyingest liar to ever lie his way to a position of power, will be President of these fucked United States (fuuuuuuuck). It will be up to Ryan, as Speaker of the House, to maintain some tiny degree of civility, respect, and honesty in our completely fucked political system. Is he up to the task?

And this makes sense, too. Because Paul Ryan is not an idiot. He would have known he couldn't use dummy weights, because doing so wouldn't produce tension in his arm muscles as he did the workouts, a dead giveaway he was pulling a fast one on the good readers of TIME magazine. So he had to use a real weight, just less than the advertised amount.

The Janesville YMCA website looks like it hasn't been updated since the beginning of this decade, which makes it perfect for capturing the equipment they had at the time. But there are no photos on the website aside from stock photos and ClipArt. Why would a workout facility have no photos to show people what kind of equipment they have? Maybe because they don't WANT you to know.
