Owner and operator Mark Frangiosa, thrives on achieving results for his clients. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years, he has gained invaluable first hand experience and knowledge helping people reach their goals. His experience covers a wide array of areas from, weight loss, resistance & strength training, injury rehabilitation, boxing, boot camp, group fitness and core training while offering valuable nutritional guidance.

His qualifications include: Cert III/IV in fitness, certified boot camp and group fitness instructor, boxfit instructor, personal trainer, level 2 in first aid, and recently became qualified as a wellness coach. He is also registered as a fitness professional with Physical Activity Australia.

Training sessions in our fully equipped studio are specifically designed to meet your own fitness level and goals.
