Your privacy is critically important to GY watchface (the App Seller). We adhere to the following fundamental principles:

• We do not ask for personal information unless it is truly required for the application's functionality.

• We do not share or sell your personal information with anyone.

• We do not store your personal information on our servers.

• We do not transmit personal information from your mobile device.

All information is used exclusively for Wear OS Watch Face features (display and configuration). The only data transmitted by the application is anonymous usage statistics (e.g., button click events). These statistics help us track the most-used features and improve the application. They are completely anonymous.

Use of Information and Permissions

Our applications use only the necessary permissions required for their features. The descriptions for each permission are as follows:

In-App Purchases

• Required to facilitate donations and unlock premium features for free watch faces.

Fitness Data

• Read Activity: Required to display "Calories Burned" (daily active calories) or the "Step Counter" (daily step count) if selected by the user.

• Location Access: Required to display "Distance Traveled" (kilometers/miles walked daily) within a widget.

Identity

• Find Accounts on Device: Required for the "Unread Email" widget to display the count of unread emails. It also allows the watch face to show detailed data such as the specific email account associated with the count.

• Read Contacts: Required for the "Phone Calls" and "Unread Messages" widgets to display caller/sender names from your call history and contacts. Contacts are not accessed if these widgets are not in use.

Location

• Read Location: Required to display "Distance Traveled" data.

• Precise Location (GPS and network-based): Required to determine your last known location. This location is sent to weather providers to retrieve current weather conditions specific to your area. Location data is not used if the "Weather" widget is not active.

SMS

• Read Text Messages (SMS or MMS): Required for the "Unread Messages" widget to display the count and detailed content of unread messages on the watch face.

• Receive Text Messages (SMS): Required to allow the "Unread Messages" widget to update instantly upon receiving a new message.

Phone

• Read Call Log: Required for the "Phone Calls" widget to display the number of missed calls and detailed caller information (e.g., phone numbers).

Photos/Media/Files

• Read, Modify, or Delete USB Storage Content: Required to store usage data and local settings in the mobile memory for persistence. The app only writes and reads its own specific configuration file and does not access any other content (such as photos or personal files). Android categorizes this under "Photos/Media/Files" as it refers to general storage access.

Body Sensors

• Heart Rate Monitor: Required to access heart rate data from the watch’s sensors and display it on the watch face.

Other Permissions

• View Network Connections & Full Network Access: Required to fetch data from third-party providers (e.g., weather data) and to use Google Maps for manual location selection.

• Prevent Device from Sleeping: A standard Google requirement for watch faces to ensure functionality.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Although most changes are likely to be minor, GY watchface may change its Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes.
