App – Refers to the GY Tech mobile application.
User – Any person who installs, accesses, or uses the App.
Design Templates – Pre-made layouts and content provided within the App that Users can modify.
User-Generated Content – Any content a User creates, uploads, or shares through the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may use Design Templates to create your own customized works.
You may export or share your creations for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By using the App, you agree to:
Use it only for lawful purposes.
Respect the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Avoid disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the App.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
Copy, distribute, or alter the App or its content without written permission.
Use the App or its content for commercial purposes without prior consent.
Create or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
Engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including Design Templates, belong to GY Tech.
You may not use our trademarks, designs, or other protected materials without written consent.
7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content.
By submitting content, you grant GY Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
Certain features of the App may require payment.
All fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
In-app purchases are processed through the platform’s store (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store) and follow their refund policies. GY Tech does not process refunds directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the User before the renewal date.

GY Tech is not responsible for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App along with the new effective date.
