Gulf Way Delivery Services LLC provides the Gulf Way Delivery - Riders (GW RIDERS) application for authorized riders and personnel.

How to request deletion of your data

To request deletion of personal data associated with the GW RIDERS application, please send an email to:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Rider Name

• RMS ID

• Registered mobile number, if applicable

• Subject: GW RIDERS – Data Deletion Request

After receiving the request, we will verify the request and delete applicable personal data associated with the user, subject to any information that Gulf Way Delivery Services LLC is required to retain for legal, regulatory, accounting, employment, or legitimate business purposes.

Data that may be deleted

• App-related user identification information

• App login/access information where applicable

• Device and notification token information

• App request/inquiry information where applicable

Data that may be retained

Certain employment, fleet, financial, legal, regulatory, transaction, or company operational records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
