The GWNT Seminar

Travel Funding

The GWNT Seminar has some funds to cover travel expenses for UK-based attendees who do not have access to an alternative source of funding. To ensure that we can fund as many participants as possible, we ask that participants purchase "advance" or "off-peak" train tickets where practical.

Extra Funding

Those with disabilities who may require accommodation/extra travel funding or those who may incur caring costs as a result of attending the GWNT Seminar please contact Jesse Pajwani, jp907 (at) bath.ac.uk, to discuss what funding is available for you.

*Any expenses that do not fall into one of the above categories cannot be covered by the GWNT Seminar.

How To Claim Expenses

To claim reimbursement for expenses incurred attending the GWNT Seminar, please download and complete the following form.

Expense form

Scan the receipts for all expenses being claimed and email them together with the completed form to Jesse Pajwani, jesse.pajwani@bristol.ac.uk. Please retain your original receipts until you have been reimbursed.

All expenses claims must be made within one month of the date on which the expense was incurred.

We are funded by a Scheme 3 grant from the London Mathematical Society, together with contributions from each individual university.
