"The Torch"

While attending Lane Community College, I was hired as a reporter for their school newspaper, "The Torch". I found the experience of working in a newsroom to be a very engaging and a creatively stimulating experience, especially in how it forced me to reconcile my strong creative opinions with the ideas of others, my editors in particular, as well as working with deadlines.
