Emoji Memory Rush is a casual memory game. We designed the App to work without requiring you to create an account or provide personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number.
2. Information we collect
We do not knowingly collect personal information for advertising, profiling, or resale.
The App may store limited gameplay data on your device only, such as:
• High scores
• Game statistics (for example: games played, accuracy, best streak)
• App preferences (for example: haptic feedback and timer display settings)
This information stays on your device for the App’s features and is not uploaded by us to a personal profile or cloud account operated by the developer as part of the core game experience.
3. Internet access
The App may include standard platform permissions commonly used by Android apps (such as Internet access for the app runtime). The core gameplay of Emoji Memory Rush does not require you to sign in, and we do not use your gameplay to build a personal advertising profile.
If in a future update we add online features (for example: cloud leaderboards, analytics, ads, or crash reporting), we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those features are introduced.
4. Children’s privacy
The App is a general-audience memory game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a future online feature, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where applicable.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share on-device gameplay scores or settings with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Data retention and control
Gameplay stats and settings are stored locally on your device. You can clear them by clearing the App’s storage/cache in Android system settings or by uninstalling the App.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to a local, offline-first casual game. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of device data.
8. Third-party services
The App is distributed through Google Play. Google may process certain information under Google’s own privacy policy when you download or use apps from Google Play.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
