→ Do not fill out an LOA if you are still going to patrol,
→ You must leave an end date, even if it is a rough estimate,
→ If you need to extend your LOA, please wait until your current has ended and submit a new request,
→ You may not go LOA for over one month (31 days),
→ You must wait two (2) weeks before submitting another loa request (if it is urgently needed, you may contact the command staff who denied for that reason and provide them with reasoning on why).
