Choosing an Event

Follow the Step Below to Choose your Events

2. You may compete in a total of three events at Districts. But only two of your three can be Performance Events

   • There are three types of events...

     1. Objective Events - Objective test with 100 multiple choice questions

     2. Production Event - Skills test in Word processing, Excel spreadsheets, or Access databases

     3. Performance Event - Role Play, Prompt, Case Study, and Creating Projects that are pre-judged (speaking in front of judges)

        • Role Play, Prompt, and Case Study Events

        • Pre-judged Project-Based Events

        • Performance Only Project-Based Events

        • Interview Events

        • Speech Events
