Persons who submitted our RSVP form will receive a web link to our event Zoom session, and will be admitted to the session after verifying the information they submitted on that form.

Privacy information
Everyone admitted to the event Zoom session will have both audio and video muted by default. For better privacy, avoid unmuting yourself (neither video nor audio).
You can further obscure your identity by changing your Zoom screen name. Instructions for this change are available at this link.
Offensive, threatening, or disruptive behavior
If you observe offensive, threatening, or disruptive behavior on our event Zoom session, or receive any unwanted communication from others in the Zoom session, please note the screen name of the offending participant(s) if possible, then report that undesirable as described in this link
