Physicals & Registration Details
If your student plans to participate in Fall Soccer, registration must be completed through the Arbiter system (formerly Family ID).
PHYSICALS
Physicals must be dated on, or after, May 1, 2026 per PIAA regulations--no exceptions.
Only the Section 6: Certification of Authorized Medical Examiner form will be accepted. You can upload the form by scanning it or taking a clear photo with your phone/tablet.
Do not upload the Section 5 form (or any other form). If your child sees a doctor other than their primary physician, you must bring the Section 5: Health History form with you to the appointment.

REGISTRATION
Register at least 10 days before the first practice to ensure your child is approved to participate.
