Student Directory

If you would like to be included in the GV Student Directory, please complete this Google Form.

The submissions to this form will be collected and transferred to an excel spreadsheet and then shared via email ONLY to families who have completed the form.

If you choose to complete this form, only your child's name, grade, teacher and your email address are required. Including your address and phone number is optional.

All GVHSA communications will come from gvhsaboard@gmail.com and we will be using the email addresses collected in this form to send those emails. GVHSA sends emails regarding fundraising events, the book fair, volunteer opportunities, monthly meetings, and several other items throughout the school year.
