Directed a cross-functional team of 5 full-time developers, 1 designer, and 1 part-time student assistant across frontend, backend, data, and reporting workstreams; also led recruitment and day-to-day team management.
Planned and managed computerized-testing systems, used by over 100,000 test takers annually, covering the full lifecycle from requirements and specifications through planning, architecture, implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Worked with examination, assessment, and psychometric stakeholders on systems covering a range of test types, including IRT-based and adaptive testing.
Led a major upgrade of NITE’s testing platform, including new adaptive-testing capabilities and item types, and managed development of a new test-orchestration platform.
Managed development of an adaptive personality questionnaire and the Academia Readiness Questionnaire.

Developed a first-of-its-kind web-based system for diagnosing learning disabilities, serving over 20,000 students and applicants to higher education annually.
