We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App:
Backend Services: We use secure cloud databases to encrypt and store your data securely.
AI Processing: Anonymous text queries and relevant health context are sent to secure AI models (Google Gemini) exclusively to generate personalized responses in the AI Coach feature. Your personal data is never used to train public AI models.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal and health information. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
You have full control over your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated health data at any time.
In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly inside the App by navigating to the Profile tab and tapping Delete Account. This will immediately and permanently erase your personal information, meal logs, and symptom history from our servers.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
