I was able to stick to this timeline, with a few modifications as the quarter went on. I found it helpful to schedule meetings with Dr. Sabatier or go to office hours to ask clarifying questions about my portfolio. Once I developed and anlayzed the first primary source, I became more efficient at analyzing and interpretig the following articles.
Week 4: Develop and narrow down topic of interest.
Week 5: About me page & timeline due.
Week 6: Start working on the annotated bibliography.
Week 7: Identify one primary research article to focus on. Annotated bibliography due by Friday.
Meeting #1 with Dr. Sabatier
Week 8: Begin creating website. Start with the vagus nerve page. Potential meeting # 2 with Dr. Sabatier.
Have sources organized by this point. 1 hour a day. 3-4 on the weekend.
Week 9: Create the poster.
Week 10: Create discussion and glossary page. Peer feedback in class. Check in with Dr. Sabatier.
Finals Week: Final ePortfolio due.
