त्रैलोक्यवन्दितं वन्दे, बालभैरवमव्ययम्॥
icchitārthapradaṁ devaṁ, dīnabandhuṁ dayāparam | trailokyavanditaṁ vande, bālabhairavamavyayam ||ಇಚ್ಚಿತಾರ್ಥಪ್ರದಂ ದೇವಂ, ದೀನಬಂಧುಂ ದಯಾಪರಮ್। ತ್ರೈಲೋಕ್ಯವಂದಿತಂ ವಂದೆ, ಬಾಲಭೈರವಮವ್ಯಯಮ್॥ - अणिमादिगुणानां च, दाता यः परमेश्वरः।
सर्वरोगप्रशमनं, बालभैरवमाश्रये॥
aṇimādiguṇānāṁ ca, dātā yaḥ parameśvaraḥ | sarvarogapraśamanaṁ, bālabhairavamāśraye ||ಅಣಿಮಾದಿಗುಣಾನಾಂ ಚ, ದಾತಾ ಯಃ ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರಃ। ಸರ್ವರೋಗಪ್ರಶಮನಂ, ಬಾಲಭೈರವಮಾಶ್ರಯೇ॥ - योगिनां हृदयस्थं च, योगिनां च हितैषिणम्।
योगविद्याप्रदातारं, वन्दे बालमकृत्रिमम्॥
yogināṁ hṛdayasthaṁ ca, yogināṁ ca hitaiṣiṇam | yogavidyāpradātāraṁ, vande bālamakṛtrimam ||ಯೋಗಿನಾಂ ಹೃದಯಸ್ಥಂ ಚ, ಯೋಗಿನಾಂ ಚ ಹಿತೈಷಿಣಮ್। ಯೋಗವಿದ್ಯಾಪ್ರದಾತಾರಂ, ವಂದೆ ಬಾಲಮಕೃತ್ರಿಮಮ್॥ - कालानलं भयङ्करं, कालचक्रप्रवर्तकम्।
कालसर्पनिवारकं, वन्दे बालं भयं हरम्॥

- O Kalabhairava in the form of Batuka (child form), embodiment of all Shakti, please accept my prayer and grant me spiritual success swiftly.
- You are the destroyer of ghosts, spirits, and negative forces. Please remove all fear and suffering from my life.
- You are the giver of desires, compassionate to the downtrodden, and worshipped by the three worlds. I bow to you, eternal Balabhairava.
- You bestow supernatural powers and cure all diseases. I take refuge in you.
- You dwell in the hearts of yogis and bless them with the supreme yoga knowledge. I worship the unconditioned divine child.
- Fierce as fire and the mover of time's wheel, remover of Kalasarpa dosha, I bow to you, O Bhairava who destroys fear.
- One who chants this Batuk Bhairava Stotram with devotion three times daily, gains all siddhis (spiritual accomplishments).
