Based out of our home, we’ve turned our love for technology into a reliable service for customers seeking value without compromising quality. 

2. Product Condition & Warranty

• All devices sold on our platform are used or refurbished.

• If refurbished then tested, and certified for optimal performance.

• The cosmetic condition may vary (e.g., minor scratches or marks), but each phone is fully functional.

• We offer a 90 day warranty covering functional defects but not physical or liquid damage on selected devices.

3. Order & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is made at the time of purchase.

• We accept UPI, cash, bank transfer.

• Fraudulent transactions will result in cancellation and legal action.

4. Delivery & Pickup Policy

• We do not offer shipping or delivery services.

• Customers must physically visit us or arrange a local meetup for hand-to-hand transactions.

• Meetup locations will be decided based on mutual agreement.

5. Return Policy

• We offer a 24-hour return window on all purchases.

• The return will only be accepted if :

  1. The device is not tampered with and remains in its original purchase condition.

  2. All original accessories and packaging are returned.

• Returns will be processed after inspection, and refunds (if applicable) will be issued immediately.

6. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only.

Exclusions (Not Covered):

❌ Physical or liquid damage (including cracks, dents, or water exposure).
❌ Misuse, unauthorized repairs, or wear and tear over time.
❌ Software issues, including OS crashes, updates, or third-party app problems.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for data loss, software issues, or unauthorized repairs after purchase.

• Any damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or external factors voids the warranty.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first.
