Guokai Li 李国凯 [Email]

I will be a Postdoctoral Fellow at McGill University and Queen's University, and work with Prof. Stefanus Jasin, Prof. Murray Lei, and Prof. Alys Liang. I got my Ph.D. degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), where I am very fortunate to be supervised by Prof. Zizhuo Wang and Prof. Pin Gao. Before that, I obtained my bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.  

My research is broadly related to revenue management and online resource allocation, and I am gradually broadening the scope of my research interests. If you are interested in my research and would like to discuss it further, please feel free to catch me at a conference or drop me an email. 😁

Research Interests

• Methodologies: asymptotic analysis, online algorithm, approximate dynamic programming, machine learning. 

• Applications: revenue management & pricing, OM-marketing interface, online resource allocation, two-sided market.

• I will attend the INFORMS International Conference in Singapore during Jul 19-24, and present our ''GCN for assortment'' work. 

• I have successfully defended my thesis titled "Online Resource Allocation and Its Applications in Revenue Management Problems".
