By downloading, installing, or playing GunRunShoot (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Game.
GunRunShoot offers optional in-app purchases (“IAPs”) that provide additional features or content. These include, but are not limited to:
Remove Ads (one-time purchase)
Elite Weapons
Unlockable Guns
Unlockable Game Zones / Worlds
Combo or Bundle Products (multiple items sold together at a discounted price)
All purchases are processed and managed by Google Play Billing.
All in-app purchases in GunRunShoot are non-consumable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Non-consumable items are intended to be permanently available to the purchasing Google account, subject to these terms.
Prices, availability, and promotional offers may change at any time and may vary by region.
Payments are charged to your Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
GunRunShoot does not collect or store payment information.
All transactions are handled securely by Google Play.
The Remove Ads product disables non-rewarded in-game advertisements.
Some ads (such as optional rewarded ads, if present) may still be shown by design.
Ads removal applies only to the current Google account and supported devices.
Bundle products and promotional offers (e.g., “SAVE 80%”, “Bundle Deal”) are marketing representations based on comparative value.
Discount labels reflect savings compared to purchasing items individually.
Reference values and savings percentages are informational and may vary by region.
Final purchase prices are always shown and confirmed by Google Play before purchase.
When you purchase an in-game item:
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that digital content within GunRunShoot.
Purchased items cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real-world currency.
All game content remains the intellectual property of the developer.
Purchased non-consumable items can generally be restored automatically by Google Play.
A Restore Purchases option is provided in the game for manual restoration in case of network or synchronization issues.
Successful restoration requires:
The same Google account
The same platform (Android / Google Play)
We are not responsible for restoration failures caused by external factors such as network issues or Google Play service outages.
Refunds are governed by Google Play’s refund policies, not by GunRunShoot.
Any refund requests must be initiated through Google Play.
After a refund is processed by Google Play, access to the refunded content may be removed.
GunRunShoot does not guarantee immediate detection or removal of refunded items.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account.
Uninstalling the Game or clearing local data may temporarily remove access to purchased content until restored.
We are not responsible for losses caused by account misuse, device loss, or unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to:
Modify, rebalance, or update game content
Add or remove features
Change pricing or availability of in-app purchases
These changes may occur with or without prior notice and are part of ongoing game improvement.
GunRunShoot is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Game.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, including Google Play.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
Required by law or platform policy
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
