In Gunma, there is a number you can call for free consultation in foreign languages. 

One-Stop Consultation Center for Foreign Residents of Gunma is staffed with personnel who speaks English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Portuguese, and Spanish.  The Center is equipped with electronic translator to deal with other foreign languages, including Indonesian, Nepalese, Filipino, Thai, etc.  You can call the Center to ask questions about immigration, work, and health issues.  Online consultation is also available using the “Messenger.”  (For specific procedure call the Center.)
