Terms and Conditions
All of our animals are pictured and described as accurately as we can and we post any defects (tail nips, scars, etc.) The color can be varied by stress, quality of camera, lighting, and more. We have the right to refuse you service and we will not ship until full balance is paid. The sex of bearded dragons under the age of 6 months cannot be fully determined but we try to determine the gender as best as we can. You must be 18 years or older in order to purchase from us. We ship using ShipYourReptiles and we do not export outside of the United States. We also do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We only ship Mondays through Thursday and we don't ship on holidays. The shipping fee is at least $65 and the fee may increase depending on where you live. Local pickups will not include a shipping fee. As a customer, you are agreeing to our store policy while also meeting the criteria to care for your bearded dragon. We accept payments through Zelle.
Live Arrival Guaranteed
This only applies if you receive the animal and you are present at the time of the delivery. The Live Arrival Guaranteed is cancelled if you aren't present during the time of the delivery. We will not ship in bad weather. The temperatures should not surpass 90 degrees or go lower than 40 degrees at the arrival destination for the animals. If there ever is a delivery issue, you must send a photo of the damaged box and dead or hurt animals inside their original shipping container. Animals that are dead on arrival must not leave their containers and a photograph must be sent 15-30 minutes in the delivery time stamp. Refunds for the animal will only be issued for the original purchase of the animal or a replacement animal that is currently in stock will be sent with no additional costs
Health Guarantee
We offer a 5 day guarantee for all of our animals. This only applies though, if proper husbandry is being followed. This Health Guarantee is cancelled if you lack the proper husbandry skills for the animal. We cannot control how a reptile is cared for after it leaves our facility and if something does happen during this 5 day period, it is up to you to notify us immediately. It is also up to you to communicate with us if your reptile doesn't seem to be fitting in properly or if other situations occur. Please do not wait to contact us if something happens. Do not seek advice from others who aren't veterinarians and we have the right to request a certified veterinary report if the illness is shown to be inconclusive. Not adhering to this will void your Health Guarantee. Not communicating immediately if any situation happens will also void your Health Guarantee. If you are in any way disappointed with the arrival of your animals, call us and contact us immediately and tell us that you aren't happy and satisfied with your animal and would like to return it. This applies immediately after bringing your animal home and we will refund the payment upon receiving the animals. We will also require you to ship the animal back at your own expense. If you wait a few days and decide not to keep your new pet, this voids our Health Guarantee and you will not receive a refund. If you want a different animal that is currently in stock instead of a refund, you can ship your reptile back at your own expense and exchange it for a different one which will be shipped to you at your own expense also. We also have a $50 holding fee if we are holding an animal for over a 5 day period.
