Now, all about STEVEN KING's FINGERSTYLE GUITAR COLLEGE
Solo Fingerstyle Guitar taught by Steven King, USA Fingerstyle Championship Winner (Maple Valley Festival at Winfield KS), world-renown concert and clinician artist. Learn Steven King's acclaimed solo guitar arrangements showing rock, pop, jazz, classical, Latin, big band and two beat music styles. Learn the tips, shortcuts, moves, chords, and techniques that give you control of your fingerboard and strings. AND, learn the shapes, moves, and thinking that allow you to ultimately formulate your own guitar arrangements. For six string guitar in standard tuning, this is your resource for learning the art of solo guitar. This approach is equally effective on steel or nylon string guitars, acoustic or electric. Learn the money-making solo guitar style that won Steven King the first place at Winfield's International Fingerstyle Guitar Championship... a way to play songs on guitar that SIMULTANEOUSLY include counterpoint melody, bass lines, inner counter melodies, and sophisticated chords.
ALL THE ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE PLAYED BY YOUR COMPUTER, with ability to slow the speed to your learning needs (using the midi pull-down screen). This makes learning every move so fast and rewarding.
All materials and arrangements include tab and treble clef notation, and can be played by your computer while the music scrolls along the screen, with the technology of "TEF" files. It's all done with the free Tabledit TEFVIEW software - get the free download at www.tabledit.com/tefview. Simply download and install the Tefview software,, then open a TEF file in the app and push the space bar to play, or to stop play. You can even print out the arrangement or exercise, formatted as you choose (using the "print preview" tools). You always receive both TEF and PDF files or our PDF files.
Download the Free TEFview Player at www.tabledit.com (or for iPad get TEFview at the AppStore).
Email your request for a free sample tef file:

and you will also receive the catalogue list of TAB and TREBLE CLEF arrangements available to enrolled member guitarists, of popular songs from many eras, legal for your use as "students" in Fingerstyle College.
Tuition is $27 for lifetime enrollment.
Here's what's included:
- The entire "Big Book of Riffs" in TEF and PDF formats (the computer can play and display all the contents in the TEF version).
-"Some Answered Questions" -a collection of the best questions by Fingerstyle College enrolled guitarists, each one answered in detail by Steven King. These cover the important and unusual details of this powerful solo fingerstyle guitar playing style.
- Optional access to solo guitar song arrangements by Steven King (for a small extra teaching fee per song, choose among 850 songs) The catalog includes contemporary, oldies, swing eras, original and public domain songs, all personally arranged for solo guitar by Steven King. and delivered as both TEF files and PDF files. It would be very difficult to find an equivalent level of sophistication in guitar arrangements anywhere, as most sheet music and books are dumbed down to beginner or intermediate levels. These songs are learning tools, with simultaneous melody, chords, rhythm figures and walking bass lines, not to mention detailed and often unconventional fingerings clearly mapped out in the tab and treble clefs.. These are for Fingerstyle College members, for educational use, and not for profit - legal access only to enrolled students, under Fair Use Law.
