We are headquartered in Spring, TX 77373. We are organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, educational, or other specified purposes and that meets certain other requirements as tax exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3)

Our Mission is: to provide communities with charitable, dynamic and comprehensive programs designed to advance literacy, education, and family support via social and human services to prevent poverty and promote self-sufficiency.
