Strategies for Success

YES! "School" has changed. What's different?We are learning from home. Yikes!It is a new change. Thankfully, you are not alone. Below are some tips to help you and your family during this time.
  1. Keep your routine. Make a schedule and stick to it. Habit #3 reminds us: First things First.

  2. Try to eat as healthily as possible.

  3. Exercise! Check out Mr. Munoz's website for ideas.

  4. Talk about it! Talk with your family. Talk with your friends. Get support.

  5. Keep a gratitude list or journal. Write down the positive things.

  6. Get some fresh air.

  7. Laugh. A LOT. Smile too :)

Individual Counseling, Group Counseling , and At-Risk Counseling will continue!

Sessions are held on Zoom. Students with mandated counseling can check iLearn for your session time or to message your counselor directly.
