Welcome!

I am an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Virginia Tech.  Before joining VT,  I was a L.E. Dickson instructor  at the University of Chicago from 2019-2023 and spent the 2018-2019 academic year as a member at the Institute of Advanced Study.  I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Southern California,  under the supervision of Igor Kukavica. 

My research interests include mathematical fluid dynamics, nonlinear waves, and  unique continuation problems for general elliptic and parabolic PDEs.
