I am the Director of the Applied Economics and Behavioral Science team in the Center for AI and Insights at Vanguard.
I am also a visiting scholar at the University of Chicago and Stanford University, and an invited researcher at JPAL North America. My work is at the intersection of behavioral economics, finance, AI, and public policy. I am a co-founder of the 529 National Consortium on Education Savings Research.
Before joining Vanguard, I led high-impact projects with government agencies across the globe, fintech firms, and multilateral institutions, translating research into strategic decisions and large-scale investments. As Head of Labor Markets at the Behavioural Insights Team, I partnered with senior leaders across Asia-Pacific to strengthen programs through behavioral science and user-centered evaluation. I have also advised the United Nations and European Commission on scaling evidence-based innovation.
