Guest View ("the App") is developed and published by Sanjay Phirke ("we", "our", or "us").
We designed Guest View with privacy as a core principle. The app allows you to safely share selected content on your Android device while helping keep the rest of your personal information private.
Guest View allows you to view and share selected photos, videos, PDFs, and other supported files in a secure viewing mode.
Your personal media and documents remain on your device. Guest View does not upload, copy, or synchronize your selected content to our servers.
Guest View uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve its functionality and user experience.
Firebase Analytics may collect information such as:
App interactions
Device and app identifiers
General device and usage information
This information is used only to improve the app.
Guest View uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information when the app encounters errors.
This information helps us identify bugs, improve stability, and provide a better user experience.
Crash reports may include technical information such as:
Device model
Android version
App version
Crash stack traces
Diagnostic information
Crash reports do not intentionally include the content of your photos, videos, PDFs, or other personal files.
If you choose to submit feedback through the app, we collect:
Your feedback message
Your email address (only if you choose to provide it)
Providing your email address is optional. It is used only if we need to contact you regarding your feedback.
Guest View offers optional premium features through Google Play In-app Billing.
All purchases are securely processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Guest View does not:
Create user accounts
Require users to sign in
Upload your personal photos, videos, PDFs, or documents
Sell your personal information
Display third-party advertisements
Guest View requests only the permissions necessary for its functionality, which may include:
Internet access (for Firebase services, feedback submission, and Google Play Billing)
Biometric authentication (to protect secure exit and app access)
Wake Lock (to maintain the intended viewing experience)
Some devices or Android versions may require additional system permissions for specific security-related features.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected information.
Data transmitted to Firebase services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard security protocols.
Guest View uses the following Google services:
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
Google Play Billing
These services may process limited technical information necessary to provide their functionality.
Guest View is intended for users aged 16 years and older.
The app is not directed toward children under the applicable minimum age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date at the top of this document.
