TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) governs your (“you”) use of SAcix Game’s (“SAcix Game”, “we”, “our” or “us”) service of Guess Duel (“the Game”), in-game purchases, forums and other related services (“Services”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as it forms a legal agreement between you and SAcix Game. If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions, you will not be able to access or use the Services.

• General

By agreeing to using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and;

• will not do any act, or share, distribute, make available or transmit any data, message or file that is sexually explicit, vulgar or obscene, is a form of cheating, is a form of personal attack, is bullying or harassment to others, is or encourages an illegal act, is impersonating anyone or misrepresents your identity, deletes, changes any legal notices, disclaimers, proprietary notices, copyrights or trademarks, infringes anyone else’s rights, contains a virus or threat and interfering or damaging the Services, involves antisocial, disruptive or destructive behaviour, amounts to an advertisement, chain letter, junk or spam.

• you will not participate in any interference with any other player’s use of Services, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, usage of cheats, bots, automation software, hacks or any third-party software designed to interfere with the Services, modification of any software that forms a part of the Services, disrupting or overburdening computers or servers, obtaining personal information about others or sharing such personal information through the Services.

• agree that the information you provided in your account is true and accurate.

In case you do not comply with the Terms & Conditions or behave inappropriately, your account and usage of our Services may be restricted, terminated, or disabled. Any in-game purchases you obtained by cheating will also be removed.

In such case of deletion, termination or limitation of your account, certain data regarding our usage of our Services may be deleted or lost.

This Terms & Conditions does not include any guarantee that any third-party will act in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. We have no liability over the actions of third-parties that are incompliant with the Terms & Conditions.

Your personal data may be shared if needed, especially if it identifies you with any act that is an infringement of the law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

• Service Updates

Our services may be updated from time to time. These updates may cause the Services to be temporarily unavailable; the duration of such unavailability may differ according to the update.

In order to have the best version of the Services, you are required to always have the latest version installed. We assume no responsibility over the dysfunctionality or unavailability of some features, caused by using an older version of the Services.

Moreover, the Services may require you to update your system software and not be available on older software. We also take no responsibility in such situation and recommend you to always be up-to-date with the system updates, as we always update our Services accordingly.

• Intellectual Property

The Services may enable you to acquire some virtual items (“Items”). You acknowledge that you do not have real-life ownership over these items and the Items does not correspond to any real-life monetary value.

Your right to use the Items is personal and you cannot sell, trade or distribute such Items. You also cannot acquire Items from any other player as well. Such actions are considered to be against the Terms & Conditions and may result in the sanctions stated above.

Removal of the game from your desire may result in the deletion of certain in-app purchases, We take no responsibility of such lost data.

SAcix Game, or other related owners, own the content made available through the Services, and any related property rights. You are not allowed to use our Services in any way not expressly allowed under these Terms & Conditions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Services in any way.

• Usage of Services

Your conversations with other profiles can only be seen by the person you are talking with. However, SAcix Game does not guarantee the actions of third-parties, nor takes no over the damages that can be caused if the third-party players screenshots and shares your conversation.

You agree that SAcix Game may use your User Content, re-post and share it, without any payment or obligation to you or anyone else, subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Subject to these Terms & Conditions, you have a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, personal, non-transferrable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes. Using the services in any other way will be considered as an incompliance with the Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for providing every necessary equipment in order to use the Services, including internet connection.

SAcix Game does not guarantee that the services will always be free from bugs, viruses, errors or other malicious software SAcix Game will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a consequence of our Service being temporarily unavailable.

We are also not liable for the following losses or damages caused by the usage of our Services;

• Damage to your system or loss of data,

• Loss, damage or upset that you suffer as a consequence of another player’s actions,

• Loss or damage neither of the parties can anticipate.

You may recommend SAcix Game some questions we can ask in the game. However, SAcix Game does not guarantee to use every question that are recommended. You acknowledge that If we decide to use it, you will not have any rights over it and you may not be given credit.

You agree that when creating a username and an online identity through our Services and communicating with the other players, you will comply with the Terms & Conditions and the Community Rules. Any player account is subject to these rules. If you decide to create a profile through a social media account you also need to comply with that social media account’s Terms & Conditions.

You can create and edit your profile freely. However, your nicknames, profile photos, other content you provide and your other conducts should comply with the following rules, and SAcix Game can foresee limitations as to your use of the nicknames and other conducts subject to the following rules:

• It should not infringe any other players’ rights,

• It should not imitate any other person,

• It should not contain any politic or unethical reference.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that acting in incompliance with these Terms & Conditions or the applicable laws may result in the termination, deletion or force conversion of your nickname or your photo. You agree that you are solely responsible for any action that may constitute an illegal action or a crime under the applicable laws.

You are responsible with the confidentiality of your username and the activities you carry out by using your account.

• Online Stores

If you purchase SAcix Game’s Services through an online store, you will be required to also comply with the relevant online store’s terms and conditions, including in-app purchases. Billings and transactions are dealt with by the online store providers, therefore in any inconvenience regarding such issues, you should contact with the online store.

You acknowledge that SAcix Game can offer you some sales deals as push notifications in the game.

• Third Party Content

As you use our Services you may come across with third party links, adverts or content. SAcix Game does not generate these links and if you visit these websites their own terms and conditions apply.

SAcix Game also does not have discretion over the adverts you may see in our Services. These adverts also have their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

• Miscellaneous

Not enforcing any rights against you does not mean SAcix Game will not be able to enforce them in the future.

SAcix Game may revise these Terms & Conditions in any time due to relevant law requirements, technical, security or operational issues or the functionality of the Services. In case of such change, we will notify you through e-mail. If you agree with the revised Terms & Conditions you will be able to keep using our Services.

Welcome to Guess Duell. This application (“App”) is a property of SAcix Game (Sacit Böyükkaya).

This Privacy Policy and Information Notice on Protection of Personal Data (“Policy”) is prepared by the Company acting as data controller as per the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (the “PDPL) in order to inform you on following matters:

• PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

• When you use the App by logging in via Facebook, your name, surname, profile picture and names of those who are listed in your friends list,

• When you use the App by logging in as a guest, your cookies which we use in order to assign you a user ID,

• When you make any in-game purchases via the App, your name, surname, first 6 and last 4 digits, validity date and CVV number of your credit card and your bank account information

may be processed by SAcix Game, within the purposes set out in this notice.

Your personal data set out in section I, may be processed within the purposes and legal bases explained in the table below.

Your personal data may be collected electronically via Facebook on the App or via payment applications where you make in-game purchases on the App.

• YOUR RIGHTS AS PER PDPL

Within the scope of the legislation on personal data protection, in order to execute your rights arising from Article 11 of the PDPL, you may apply to the via e-mail from the address guessduels@gmail.com by registered e-mail in accordance with the “Communiqué on Rules and Principles on Application to the Data Controller”.

In case your application requires an expenditure, the fee in the tariff set out by the Turkish Data Protection Board may be incurred.

COMMUNITY RULES

These Community Rules (“Rules”) govern your use of SAcix Game’s Services and are incorporated into SAcix Game’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). If the Rules and the Terms & Conditions appear to conflict, the Terms & Conditions will prevail. Unless otherwise stated in these Rules, the terms defined in the Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms & Conditions.

Use of the Services means you acknowledge that you will not, under any circumstances; use the Services in breach of any applicable law or regulation and act in any way that would conflict with the intent of the Services, including manipulating the Terms & Conditions, these Rules or other SAcix Game Policies.

You agree that you will act in compliance with the terms of platform providers through which you use SAcix games and all the terms that apply to in-app purchases you make through such platforms.

Account and Items

You must not sublicense, rent, tease, sell, trade, gift, bequeath or otherwise transfer your Items associated with your account to anyone without SAcix Game’s written permission. As a result of your violation of this rule, your account may be terminated, limited or suspended under SAcix Game’s discretion.

You also agree that you will not have or use any Items or accounts that is sublicensed, rented, teased, sold, traded, gifted, bequeathed or transferred by another person as well.

Personal Information

You agree that you will not, under any circumstance;

1. unlawfully obtain account information belonging to another player,

2. unlawfully collect, distort and share any personal information that belongs to another person or any player-content,

3. upload or transmit any bugs, viruses, cookies or other malicious software that may harm the platform or interfere with the game of other players.

Content

You agree that you will not post content,

1. that is sexually abusive, racist, obscene, threatening, defamatory, religious or in any way unethical and offensive,

2. that is an infringement of any law or regulations,

3. that infringes or violates another person’s intellectual property or any other rights or involves confidential information about another person,

4. that harasses, abuses and harms another person, including SAcix Game employees and customer service representatives.

Commercial Activity

You agree that you will not use the Services for any commercial end, including advertising, trading, sales or spamming other players.

You also agree that you will not use the Services in any way in exchange for real-life payment outside the Services.

Unauthorized Usage of the Services

You agree that you will not;

1. design, use, distribute or sell cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized software designed to modify or interfere with the Services,

2. Try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other player’s accounts, or to any computer used to offer Services that is other than your own,

3. Use any unauthorized third party or other software that accesses, intercepts, mines or otherwise collects information from or through the Services,

4. Using SAcix Game’s customer support services improperly, including submitting false reports or using profane and abusive language while communicating with the support employees,

5. Unless it is explicitly permitted by law, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise derive the code from us or obtain information regarding the method of the Service,

6. Copy, modify or distribute any content from the game, Service or content that is protected by trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights of SAcix Game.

Kullanım Koşulları

İşbu Kullanım Koşulları (“Kullanım Koşulları”) sizin (“siz”) SAcix Game’in (“SAcix Game”, “biz”) Guess Duel (“Oyun”) isimli hizmetini, oyun içerisindeki satın alma işlemlerini ve ilgili diğer hizmetleri (“Hizmetler”) kullanımınızı düzenler.

Kullanım Koşulları SAcix Game ile aranızda hukuki bir ilişki kurmaktadır, bu sebeple Kullanım Koşullarını iyi okumanızı rica ederiz. Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmediğiniz takdirde Hizmetleri kullanmanız mümkün olmayacaktır.

• Genel

Hizmetleri kullanmanız durumunda, işbu Kullanım Koşullarını okuyarak kabul ettiğinizi ve;

1. cinsel içerikli, ahlaka aykırı, müstehcen veya bir tür hile, bir kişiye kişisel saldırı, zorbalık, taciz olan, hukuka aykırı bir fiil içeren veya buna özendiren, bir kişiyi taklit eden veya kendini yanlış tanıtan, bir yasal uyarıyı, sorumluluk sınırını, patent uyarınızı, telif hakkını, markayı silen veya değiştiren, başkasının bir hakkını ihlal eden, virüs veya tehdit içeren, Hizmetlerle etkileşime geçen veya zarar veren, anti sosyal, yıkıcı veya zararlı bir davranışı içeren, reklam, zincirleme mektup, istenmeyen veya spam herhangi bir veriyi, mesajı veya dosyayı kullanmayacağınızı, paylaşmayacağınızı, dağıtmayacağınızı, erişilebilir hale getirmeyeceğinizi, aktarmayacağınızı;

2. başkalarının Hizmetleri kullanmalarına mani olmayacağınızı ve etkileşime girmeyeceğinizi, Hizmetlere yetkisiz erişimde bulunmaya çalışmayacağınızı, hile kodları, botlar, otomasyon servisleri, hackler veya Hizmetlerle etkileşime geçecek bir üçüncü kişi uygulaması veya Hizmetleri değiştirecek yazılım bir kullanmayacağınızı, bilgisayarlara ve sunuculara zarar vermeyeceğinizi veya Hizmetler aracılığıyla başkalarının kişisel verilerini ele geçirmeyeceğinizi ve paylaşmayacağınızı;

3. hesabınızdaki kişisel bilgilerinizin gerçek olduğunu;

kabul ve beyan etmiş olmaktasınız.

Kullanım Koşullarına uymaz veya uygunsuz şekilde davranmanız halinde hesabınız ve/veya Hizmetleri kullanımınız sınırlandırılabilir, engellenebilir veya kapatılabilir. Oyun içerisinde hile aracılığıyla elde ettiğiniz oyun-içi satın almalar hesabınızdan silinir.

Hesabınızın silinmesi, kısıtlanması veya engellenmesi durumunda Hizmetlerimizi kullanımınıza ilişkin belirli veriler de silinebilir veya kaybolabilir.

SAcix Game herhangi bir üçüncü şahsın da işbu Kullanım Koşullarına uygun hareket edeceği taahhüdünde bulunmaz. Kullanım Koşullarına uygun davranmayan üçüncü şahısların sebep oldukları zarardan herhangi bir sorumluluğumuz bulunmamaktadır.

Kişisel verileriniz, gerekli olduğu takdirde ve özellikle sizi suç olarak nitelendirilen ve hukuka aykırı olan bir eylemle bağdaştırdığı durumlarda, üçüncü kişilerle veya kurumlarla paylaşılabilir. Bu konuda daha fazla bilgi için Gizlilik Politikamızı inceleyiniz.

• Hizmetlerin Güncellenmesi

Hizmetlerimizin zaman içerisinde güncellenmesi gerekebilir. Bu güncellemeler Hizmetlerimizin geçici olarak kullanılamaz durumda olmasına sebep olabilir, bu durumun ne kadar süreceği güncellemenin içeriğine bağlıdır.

Hizmetlerimizin en iyi versiyonuna sahip olabilmeniz için her zaman en güncel versiyonu yüklemiş olmanız gerekmektedir. Hizmetlerin eski bir versiyonunun kullanılmasından kaynaklanan herhangi bir kullanım sorunundan veya işlevsizlikten SAcix Game sorumlu değildir.

Bunun yanı sıra, Hizmetlerimiz belirli zamanlarda sistem yazılımınızı da güncellemenizi gerektirebilir, aksi takdirde Hizmetlerimizi kullanımınız mümkün olmayabilir. Bu durum nedeniyle SAcix Game sorumlu tutulamaz. Hizmetlerimizi güncel yazılımlara göre güncellediğimizi ve dolayısıyla sistem yazılımınızı her zaman güncel tutmanızı önerdiğimizi belirtiriz.

• Fikri Mülkiyet

Hizmetlerimiz içerisinde bazı sanal Eşyalara (“Eşya”) sahip olabilirsiniz. İşbu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul ederek Eşyaların üzerinde herhangi bir gerçek mülkiyet hakkına sahip olmadığınızı ve söz konusu Eşyaların herhangi bir gerçek parasal değeri olmadığı kabul ve beyan edersiniz.

Söz konusu Eşyaları kullanma hakkınız kişiye özeldir ve satılamaz, takas edilemez ve dağıtılamaz. Başka oyunculardan da benzer şekilde Eşyaları alamazsınız. Aksi takdirde hareketleriniz Kullanım Koşullarına aykırılık teşkil edecektir ve yukarıda belertilen yaptırımlar uygulanabilecektir.

Kendi isteğiniz doğrultusunda Oyunu silmeniz durumunda, oyunda elde ettiğiniz oyun-içi satın almalar silinebilir. Bu kaybolan veriler üzerinde hiçbir sorumluluk kabul etmemekteyiz.

SAcix Game, veya diğer ilgili hak sahipleri, Hizmetlerimiz üzerinden sizlere sağlanan içeriklerin mülkiyetine ve ilgili diğer mülkiyet haklarına sahiptirler. Hizmetlerimizi işbu Kullanım Koşullarında açıkça belirtilmeyen herhangi bir şekilde kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kaynak koda dönüştürmemeyi, parçalara ayırmamayı ve değiştirmemeyi kabul ve beyan edersiniz.

• Hizmetlerimizin Kullanımı

Başka oyuncularla Oyun içerisindeki kişisel konuşmalarınızı sadece konuştuğunuz kişi görebilir. Ancak SAcix Game, üçüncü şahısların davranışları hakkında herhangi bir taahhütte bulunmaz ve üçüncü kişilerin ekran görüntüsü alması veya başka bir şekilde konuşmalarınızı paylaşması nedeniyle ortaya çıkabilecek zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

İşbu Kullanım Koşulları ile SAcix Game’in sizin kullanıcı içeriğinizi, Gizlilik Politikasına uygun olarak, herhangi bir parasal karşılık ödemeden veya bir yükümlülük altına girmeden, kullanabilmeye, tekrar paylaşabilmeye ve yayınlayabilmeye yetkili olduğunu kabul edersiniz.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları tahtında size, Hizmetlerimizi kendi ticari olmayan amaçlar için kullanmanız için, münhasır olmayan, alt-lisans verilemez, kişisel, devredilemez, geri alınabilir ve sınırlı bir lisans verilmiştir. İşbu Hizmetleri herhangi başka bir şekilde kullanmak Kullanım Koşullarına aykırılık olarak nitelendirilecektir.

Hizmetlerimizi kullanmak için gerekli her türlü donanım, internet bağlantısı dâhil olmak üzere, tarafınızca sağlanmalıdır.

Servislerimizin arızadan, virüsten, sorundan veya diğer kötü niyetli yazılımlardan ari olduğunu taahhüt etmeyiz. Ayrıca Hizmetlerimizin kısa süreli olarak kullanılamaz durumda olmasından doğan herhangi bir zararınızdan veya kaybınızdan SAcix Game sorumlu değildir.

Hizmetlerimizin kullanılmasından kaynaklanan;

• sisteminizdeki hasarlardan veya veri kayıplarından,

• başka bir oyuncunun hareketleri dolayısıyla maddi veya manevi zararlarınızdan veya kayıplarınızdan,

• iki tarafın da önceden tahmin edemeyeceği bir kayıptan veya zarardan

SAcix Game sorumlu değildir.

Bize oyun içerisinde kullanmamız için soru önerilerinde bulunabilirsiniz. Ancak önerdiğiniz soruların oyunda kullanılacağına dair herhangi bir taahhütte bulunmayız. İşbu Kullanım Koşullar uyarınca önerdiğiniz soruyu oyunda kullanmamız durumunda, herhangi bir hak elde etmeyeceğinizi ve şahsınıza herhangi bir ödeme yapılmayacağını kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Hizmetlerimiz içerisinde kendinize bir kullanıcı adı ve profil oluşturarak ve başka oyuncularla iletişime geçerek işbu Kullanım Koşullarına uyacağınızı kabul ve beyan edersiniz. Hizmetlerimizi kullanan her gerçek kişi işbu Kullanım Koşullarına tabidir. Eğer profilinizi bir sosyal medya aracılığıyla oluşturmayı seçerseniz, söz konusu sosyal medyanın da kendi kullanım koşullarına uymanız gerekmektedir.

Profilinizi serbestçe yaratabilir ve düzenleyebilirsiniz. Ancak takma adınız, profil fotoğrafınız ve sağladığınız diğer içerikler ile davranışlarınız aşağıdaki kurallara uygun olmalıdır ve SAcix Game takma adınız ve diğer davranışlarınız konusunda aşağıdaki kurallarla bağlantılı olarak sınırlamalar öngörebilir. Takma adınız, profil fotoğrafınız ve sağladığınız diğer içerikler ile davranışlarınız;

1. başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemeli,

2. başka birini taklit etmemeli,

3. herhangi bir politik veya ahlaka aykırı ibare veya görüntü içermemelidir.

Hizmetlerimizi kullanarak, Kullanım Koşullarına veya yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı hareket etmenizin fotoğrafınızın veya kullanıcı adınızın silinmesi, engellenmesi veya değiştirilmesi sonuçlarını doğurabileceğini kabul etmektesiniz. Yürürlükteki mevzuat uyarınca hukuka aykırı ve yasa dışı sayılabilecek davranışlarınızdan tamamen sizin sorumlu olduğunu kabul etmektesiniz.

Kullanıcı adınızın ve hesabınızı kullanarak gerçekleştirdiğiniz işlemlerin gizliliğini korumakla sizin sorumlu olduğunuzu hatırlatmak isteriz.

• İnternet Mağazası

Eğer Hizmetlerimizi internetten satış yapan bir platformdan satın aldıysanız söz konusu platformun da kullanım koşullarına tabi olursunuz. Oyun içerisindeki satın alma işlemleri, faturalandırmalar ve alışverişler de söz konusu internet platformu aracılığıyla yapılır ve onun kullanım koşullarına tabidir. Bu konularda herhangi bir sorun yaşamanız halinde söz konusu internet platformuyla iletişime geçmeniz gerekmektedir.

SAcix Game’in size oyun içi teklifler sunabileceğini ve bildirim gönderebileceğini kabul etmektesiniz.

• Üçüncü Taraf İçerikleri

Hizmetlerimizi kullanırken üçüncü taraf linkleriyle, reklamlarıyla veya içerikleriyle karşılaşabilirsiniz. Bu linkler SAcix Game tarafından oluşturulmamaktadır, dolayısıyla bu internet sitelerini ziyaret ettiğiniz takdirde onların kendi kullanım koşulları geçerli olacaktır.

Hizmetlerimiz içerisinde gördüğünüz reklamlar üzerinde de bir takdir yetkimiz yoktur. Söz konusu reklamlara da kendi kullanım koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları uygulanır.

• Diğer

İşbu Kullanım Koşullarında bahsi geçen haklarımızı size karşı kullanmamış olmamız gelecekte kullanmamıza engel teşkil etmeyecektir.

İşbu Kullanım Koşullarını zaman zaman hukuki, teknik, kullanımsal ve yapısal sebeplerle gözden geçirip düzelmemiz gerekebilir. Bu takdirde bir e-posta yoluyla size durumu bildireceğiz. Güncellenmiş Kullanım Koşullarımızı kabul etmeniz üzerine, Hizmetlerimizi kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.

İşbu Gizlilik Politikası ve Kişisel Verilerin Korunmasına İlişkin Bilgilendirme Metni (“Politika”), 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla faaliyet gösteren SAcix Game tarafından aşağıdaki konularda bilgilendirilmeniz amacıyla hazırlanmıştır:

• Uygulama’yı Facebook üyeliğiniz ile giriş yaparak kullandığınız takdirde adınız, soyadınız, profil resminiz ve arkadaş listenizde yer alan kişilerin kullanıcı isimlerinden oluşan;

• Uygulama’yı misafir girişi yaparak kullandığınız takdirde size kullanıcı ID’si atamak için kullandığımız çerez bilgileriniz;

• Uygulama içi satın alım gerçekleştirdiğiniz takdirde adınız, soyadınız, kredi kartı numaranızın ilk 6 son 4 hanesi, kredi kartı son kullanım tarihiniz, kredi kartınızın CVV numarası ve banka hesap bilgileriniz,

işbu metinde belirtilen amaçlarla sınırlı olmak üzere SAcix Game tarafından işlenebilecektir.

Kişisel Verileriniz; hukuki bir yükümlülüğümüzün bulunması halinde resmi kurumlar ile; mahkeme kararı ile talep edilmesi veya idari bir makamın talepte bulunması halinde talepte bulunan ilgili mahkeme ve idari makam ile paylaşılabilecektir.

Kişisel verileriniz bizimle paylaşmış olduğunuz yönteme göre Uygulama üzerinden Facebook aracılığıyla ya da Uygulama içi satın alım gerçekleştirmeniz halinde ödeme uygulamaları vasıtasıyla elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır.

• KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİZLE İLGİLİ HAKLARINIZ

Kişisel verilerin korunmasına ilişkin mevzuat kapsamında KVKK’nın 11.maddesinden doğan haklarınızı “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ”e uygun olarak kullanmak için guessduels@gmail.com adresine elektronik posta yoluyla müracaat edebilirsiniz.

Başvurunuzun ayrıca bir maliyeti gerektirmesi hâlinde, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilecektir.

Topluluk Kuralları

Bu Topluluk Kuralları (“Kurallar”) sizin SAcix Game’in Hizmetlerini kullanımınızı düzenler veSAcix Game’in Kullanım Koşullarına (“Kullanım Koşulları”) dâhil edilmiştir. Kullanım Koşulları ile Kuralların çelişmesi durumunda Kullanım Koşulları uygulanacaktır. Kurallarda aksi yönde belirtilmediği takdirde, Kullanım Koşullarında tanımlanan tanımlar Kuralların içerisinde de aynı anlama sahip olurlar.

Hizmetlerimizi kullanmanız ile birlikte Hizmetleri kullanırken herhangi bir hukuka aykırı davranışta bulunmayacağınızı, Hizmetlerin amacı ile bağdaşmayan bir şekilde hareket etmeyeceğinizi ve Kullanım Koşullarını, işbu Kuralları ve SAcix Game Politikalarını ihlal etmeyeceğinizi kabul ve taahhüt edersiniz.

İşbu Kurallar ile SAcix Game oyunlarına ulaştığınız aracı platform sağlayıcılarının da kurallarına ve oyun içerisindeki satın alma işlemlerine uygulanan kurallara uymayı kabul ve taahhüt edersiniz.

Profil Yaratma

Profilinizle bağlantılı olan Eşyaları alt lisansa konu yapmamalı, kiralamamalı, satmamalı, hediye etmemeli, vermemeli veya herhangi başka bir şekilde başkasına transfer etmemelisiniz. Bu kuralın ihlali sonucunda profiliniz SAcix Game’in takdirinde olacak şekilde silinebilir, sınırlanabilir veya süreli olarak engellenebilir.

Aynı şekilde, üçüncü bir kişinin oyun içerisindeki Eşyalarını da satın almamalı, kiralamamalı, hediye almamalı veya herhangi başka bir şekilde devir almamalısınız.

Kişisel Bilgiler

Hiçbir koşulda;

1. hukuka aykırı bir şekilde başka bir kişiye ait profil bilgilerine ulaşmayacağınızı,

2. hukuka aykırı bir şekilde başkasına ait kişisel verileri elde etmeyeceğinizi, değiştirmeyeceğinizi ve paylaşmayacağınızı,

3. başkalarının Hizmetleri kullanımını etkileyecek veya platforma zarar verecek bir program hatası, virüs, çerez veya herhangi başka kötü niyetli yazılımı yüklemeyeceğinizi veya iletmeyeceğinizi

kabul edersiniz.

İçerik

Herhangi bir şekilde;

1. cinsel taciz sayılabilecek, ırkçı, uygunsuz, tehdit edici, şerefi lekeleyici nitelikte, dini veya herhangi başka bir şekilde ahlaka aykırı ve saldırgan,

2. hukuka aykırı,

3. başka bir kimsenin fikri mülkiyet dahil olmak üzere herhangi bir hakkını ihlal eden veya başkası hakkında gizli bir bilgiyi ilgilendiren,

4. SAcix Game çalışanları ve müşteri hizmetleri de dâhil olmak üzere bir başkasına rahatsızlık veren, istismar eden veya zarar veren

Bir içerik paylaşmamayı kabul ve taahhüt edersiniz.

Ticari Faaliyet

Hizmetlerimizi reklam, takas, satış veya başka oyunculara spam yapmak dâhil olmak üzere herhangi ticari bir amaç için kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.

Ayrıca Hizmetlerimizi gerçek hayatta para kazanmanızı sağlayacak herhangi bir şekilde de kullanmamayı taahhüt edersiniz.

Hizmetlerimizin Yetkisiz Kullanımı

İşbu Kurallar ile birlikte herhangi bir şekilde;

1. Hizmetlerle etkileşime girecek hile, bot, hack, mod veya başka bir yetkisiz yazılımı tasarlamamayı, kullanmamayı, satmamayı ve dağıtmamayı,

2. Hizmetlere, başkalarının profillerine veya başkalarının bilgisayarlarına yetkisiz bir şekilde erişmemeyi,

3. Hizmetler üzerinden veya Hizmetlere ilişkin bilgilere erişen, kopyalayan ve toplayan herhangi bir yetkisiz üçüncü taraf yazılımı kullanmamayı,

4. SAcix Game’in müşteri hizmetleri servisini yanlış raporlama yapmak veya iletişime geçerken ahlaka aykırı ve saygısız bir dil kullanmak da dahil olmak üzere uygunsuz şekilde kullanmamayı,

5. Kanunda aksi açıkça belirtilmediği taktirde, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, değiştirmemeyi, kaynak koda dönüştürmemeyi, şifresini çözmemeyi veya herhangi başka bir şekilde koda ulaşıp Hizmet hakkında bilgi edinmemeyi,

6. Hizmetlerin marka, telif ve benzeri fikri mülkiyet haklarıyla korunan içeriklerini kopyalamamayı, değiştirmemeyi, paylaşmamayı

taahhüt etmiş olursunuz.
