Effective Date: April 22, 2026
Welcome to Guess Clash. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure experience.
Our core principle is data minimization: Guess Clash does not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.
While we do not collect traditional personal registration data, certain technical and usage information is collected automatically to ensure the app functions correctly, to facilitate real-time gameplay (including drawing mechanics and duel synchronization), and to display advertisements.
A. Device and Usage Data
Device Information: Operating system version, device model, language settings, and generic location (country/region level).
Advertising Identifiers: Apple Identifier for Google Advertising ID (AAID) used strictly for ad serving and analytics.
Gameplay Data: Anonymous, temporary data regarding in-game actions, match synchronization, and real-time interactions required to facilitate the multiplayer experience.
B. Financial Information (In-App Purchases) Guess Clash offers In-App Purchases. All transactions are securely processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process, collect, or have access to your credit card details or billing information. We only receive a secure, anonymous token confirming the purchase to unlock your items.
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you to provide essential app functionalities and display ads. These third parties have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they use such information:
Google AdMob: We use AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers and IP addresses to provide personalized or non-personalized ads. (See Google's Privacy Policy)
Google Play Services / Apple Services: Used for app delivery, crash reporting, and secure processing of In-App Purchases.
A. European Economic Area (EEA) & UK (GDPR) If you are located in the EEA or the UK, we process your data under the legal bases of providing our service and legitimate interests.
Consent for Ads: We utilize a Consent Management Platform (CMP) to ask for your explicit consent before showing personalized advertisements. If you decline, you will receive non-personalized ads.
Your Rights: You have the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of your data. As we do not hold user accounts, any request regarding device-level data (like Ad IDs) can be managed directly through your device settings by resetting your Advertising ID or opting out of ad tracking.
B. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA) Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to know what data is collected and the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Guess Clash does not "sell" personal data in the traditional sense. However, sharing advertising identifiers with third-party ad networks may be considered a "sale" under CCPA. On iOS devices (iOS 14.5 and later), we will request your explicit permission through the App Tracking Transparency framework before collecting data used to track you across apps and websites. You can manage or revoke this permission at any time in your device's Settings app.
C. Asian, Middle Eastern, and Other Global Regions (LGPD, APPI, etc.) We operate on a strict data minimization model to comply with global privacy frameworks. Data is processed anonymously and solely for app functionality, security, and monetization via standard industry networks. No sensitive biometric, religious, or personal identification numbers are ever requested or collected.
Guess Clash does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will delete it immediately. For younger users, our third-party ad networks are configured to serve contextual, non-personalized ads in compliance with child privacy laws.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the data we gather, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
